Refund policy

 

Due to the nature of the products sold on the site all sales are final. There are no returns or exchanges on any products. Once an order is placed, it CANNOT BE EDITED OR MODIFIED.  If you have questions about any items, please contact us by email before you place an order.

Please understand that we strive to provide the best quality photos to show the true color of every product.  However, please note that color varies from device to device, which we can't control. You might see a slight variation between what is displayed on your screen and the actual product.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Items may only be refunded if they are found to be defective. If you believe you have received a defective product, please contact us at support@cccustomcreations4u.com. In the subject line of your email please put DEFECTIVE, and include your order number, full name, and a photo of the defective item.  We will then review and send you an email response back.  If the item is found to be defective, we will replace the item if available or you may be given a credit for the purchase price.  The credit would be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
